This smudge bundle comes with our white sage w/ dried rose petals and a palo santo wood stick.
Each stick measures 4.25 to 4.5 inches in length.
Sage in my culture (Native American) is known to be a “deep cleaning” tool meaning it will clear out all energy good and bad. Therefore, you need to add in good energy after you are done.
Palo santo translates to “holy wood.” It will purify but also add good energy and blessings. The smell is quite sweet, so it also leaves a very uplifting vibe. This is why these two make the perfect pair. You can burn your sage first, then follow with palo santo.
One thing we try to remember when smudging is that since we are technically energy clearing and thoughts are energy, we do like to incorporate positive thoughts while using sage or palo santo. You can repeat a mantra or positive affirmations as you smudge, but that is a personal preference.

Burn the end for about 30 seconds, blow out the flame and move about any space you would like to clear the energy. Place smudge stick in a ceramic or glass dish when finished
**Anytime you are smudging always open a window or door to allow for circulation. This is because you are moving/clearing energy so you wouldn’t want it to get stuck**
